name of icd10 should fill Label of personal past medical history item

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. add personal PMH
2. choose Angina pectoris (I20) from ICD10 search engine
3. save

No label.

Label, if left blank after ICD10 item selection, should be automatically filled 
with the name of the ICD10 element "Angina pectoris".

What is the expected output? "Angina pectoris"
What do you see instead? Label remains empty.

What version of the product are you using?
0.9.2 built 09/09/2014

Debian GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Coding PMH with ICD10 should be encouraged by a perfect workflow because the 
interaction engine needs or will need PMH coding.

Size of ICD10 window is not optimal, usually too small. Is it possible to adapt 
the size of the window to the width of the longest character chain visible 
(with a maximum set according to screen resolution)?
