Нормализация проигрываемых на сайте файлов #80

Сейчас файлы, проигрываемые на сайте, 
содержат тэги replay gain, но их никто 
не использует. Будет лучше жёстко их 
нормализовать. Можно использовать 
normalize-audio.

Загрузка файлов выполняется вручную, робот 
больше не используется.  Проблема более не 
актуальна.
