Store list of changes separately #12

Currently the list of changes (/w/changes) is built from revisions, which 
requires loading lots of WikiRevision's and linked WikiContent's. Which is 
slow.

It might be better to have a separate entity which would only store 
information about the change itself, without the page content. This way the 
list would be built using one simple query.
