can't show history for Chinese item

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a word which is not English(for my part,it's Chinese)
2.edit the page several times
3.click the history link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should Show the history of this page
I see nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
