cannot use chinese as pagetitle #52

Wikipedia is ok, but gaewiki doesn't work..

Could you please post the full error log?  And please paste the title here, so 
I could copy and paste it, maybe it's certain symbols that don't work.

I'm unable to reproduce this locally myself (using Debian Linux).

Thank you.  This looks similar to issue googleappengine:6266.  Happens to me if 
I start dev_appserver.py with the -d option (debug output).

So far the only solution is to patch the AppEngine SDK (see issue 
googleappengine:6291) and wait for SDK v1.6.1.

SDK version 1.6.1 is out and this should be fixed.
