Remove all images from galleriffic and then Insert new Image - It will not be displayed. #279

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Remove all images from one by one from the album
2. Now click the Insert Image
3. No image will be displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When image gallery is blank, I should insert a new image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.1
Chrome, IE 8

Please provide any additional information below.
I removed all images one by one, with an index of 0. When all images were 
finished, I tried to INSERT a new image at position 0. The image is not shown 
now.!
