Editor toolbar is center aligned instead of left aligned #191

1) Describe the problem.

The IDE editor toolbar was at one time left aligned just like the form toolbar. 
Now, the editor toolbar is center aligned.  I'm not sure if this change was 
intentional. See images below.

2) GIVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS (if they are appropriate):

Can you clik on the toolbar with the right mouse button, choose "Configure", 
and then click on the "Reset" button to reset the toolbar configuration? Does 
it solve your problem?
