The IDE should support the creation of gambas scripts #235

Right now, only projects can be created using the IDE. To create a script, one 
must use an external editor. 

If gambas3-script is present, an option to create a single file should be given 
to the user. Support for code completition should be added, as the file 
structure of a script is different than the one of a class/module.
