SpinBox down arrow looks disabled when at max value in QT

1) The SpinBox down arrow looks disabled when at max value in QT. But it is 
fully functional.

2) GIVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS (if they are appropriate):

Version: 3.2.1 PPA
Operating system: Linux
Distribution: Ubuntu 12.04
Architecture: x86_64
GUI component: QT4
Desktop used: Gnome

3) Provide a little project that reproduces the bug or the crash.
Provided.

5) Explain clearly how to reproduce the bug or the crash.
Set value to max and look at the down arrorw.

No problem there. I guess this a problem with the widget theme you are using. 
Can you provide a screenshot?
