Unpausing randomly changes options (chrome) #182

Setup:
Have google chrome and Game-Golem r792 running.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Pause Game-golem
2.browse around Castle Age and do some stuff for a couple of minutes.
3.Unpause game-golem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Game-golem to unpause and start doing stuff again, leaving all set 
options as they are.

Instead I see a bunch of check marks uncheck and options being reset.  I then 
quickly have to go and reset the options I want.

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?

game-golem r792 on chrome

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)

Please provide any additional information below.
It appears that it doesn't happen all the time but at random.

I used to see this occasionally when testing, but with all the internal 
changes, not seen this in a long time so marking as Fixed.
