continues to try to do gifts when gists is disabled and moved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. let golem try to do gifts for a while
2. Uncheck the gifts worker
3. move it below idle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect to see it trying to do gifts anymore
I continueually go to the URL 
http://apps.facebook.com/castle_age/gift.php?app_friends=c

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
r835 on Chrome

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)

Please provide any additional information below.
This is in relation to the stuck in loop I believe.  And the not restarting  
while giving gifts.  I don't believe it's the same cause just related.

Sorry, not in fact Gift doing it - it's the new Army worker trying to get 
information from another one of the Gift pages (your current Army members to be 
exact).

This new worker still has issues for some people, and we're trying to fix them 
- for now just disable the Army worker.
