Quest update kills questing #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loads Gen to max quest for Influence
2. Hangs- reloads current page code (whether was objective or different page, 
just reloads/refreshes)
3. doesnt do ideal quest just repeats gets gen, goes to quest and reloads page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- doesnt execute quest or subquest. just reloads page

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
was Chrome, 12/10/10 847 then uograded to 850 and saw issue.

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry - was a Quest update that broke things, not browser specific.

Changing the internals to use the quest ID rather than name - currently there 
are several quests with the same name, so this will let them all be accessed 
properly when fixed.

blmacy, the same thing happened with r851 also? I missed a mapping in 
Quest.work that was causing clicks to fail, but r851 should have resolved that. 
Does anything show in the Java console that looks unusual?

r851 seems to fix this issue. sorry- took me while to see how to reply (new 
here).
Income general now not change back to idle general. Need force general change 
after bank.
