Arena attacking same loosing target over and over

I keep attacking the same loosing target over and over (just started happening 
in newest version)

does golem keep track of who you lost to from round to round... incase you run 
into them again?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable Avoid Defeat
2.enable best general and enable income or bank
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should attack a different target if i loose
I should always use my best arena general (corvinus)

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
r933 Firefox (mac)

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)
