I had a similar problem... turns out the options were way down at the bottom of
the page (and I mean way down). Somehow it got set to "fixed position" instead
of normal.

I've always had mine set as "fixed"
But I guess having it floating up and down as I scroll isn't a bad thing since
it fixes it. :)

Looks like ca has shifted over slightly pushing everything out of alignment.

This was due to some ongoing FB changes in the ad space. A short while back
there was suddenly a lot of extra space beside CA where Golem's control panel
normally resides. When that persisted for a week or so, Golem took to using
that extra space. Just recently that space was revoked, so Golem was left too
big to fit well, and it ended up just dropping to the bottom if set to float,
even taking the ads with it. It should be back to normal as of r1081, but it is
possible that the ad area is still in flux and may change again.
