Ariel, Battle worker tries to attack instead of fortify

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Attack Azriel
2.  Wait until you cannot attack because health / fortify is down
3.  worker will try to attack over and over and it fails because fortify needs 
to happen first

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not attack or at least fortify first

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
Chrome, Beta

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)
Not really, but I will keep a closer look

and when it goes to raid it keeps looping itself on the same opponent that it 
dies to
