golem isn't doing anything

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.golem just encicles him self and dont do enything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
 Castle Age Golem r1087

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)

This is the LevelUp code inside Queue - I'm in the process of moving it back 
into LevelUp to stop it being able to interfere with normal behaviour. This 
will be in the next commit from me.

Moved all the non-Queue stuff back into LevelUp, so hopefully it'll work 
correctly again...

Next build has LevelUp completely disabled when it's set to be Disabled - 
prevents it from interfering when you don't want it to.
