New Arena IV #352

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.It dosent appear that Golem has been configured to auto battle in arena yet.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice to be able to utilize the GB functions within ARena.

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
31.6.1147 Chrome

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)
No

Hi Developers.
It looks like the same arena as in Arena 3. Can you activate the code from the 
last arena again??

Or is it not possible with the web3 page ??

Arena 4 is now finished, but there never was proper support for it on web3. 
Some aspects did work that were the same in Arena 3, but this was risky as it 
would have used links that were not available on the default web3 interface, so 
it likely would have attracted undesirable attention had this been enabled.
