Guild battles will not start by itself #365

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. guild battles will not start by itself.
2.if started manually it will not attack anyone in any tower either.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Guild battles should run automatically as they did about 5 revisions back.

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
1194 

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)
