Problems installing latest version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest version (10/31/08)
2. Double click on the file
3. See below error in sports track.

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

   at ZoneFiveSoftware.SportTracks.IO.LogbookIO.Open(String filename,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.3170 of sports track, Windows XP SP2, latest download as of 10/31/08

What Garmin unit are you using?
Both Forerunner 405 and Edge 305

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin 
Communicator Plugin version you are using.
