Error Importing Workout #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import Workout
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see imported workout. Instead it says could not find any 
attached Garmin 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP - latest v of SportTracks and Garminplugin

What Garmin unit are you using? 405CX

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin 
Communicator Plugin version you are using.

There are know issues with the FR405 when exporting/importing.  It is not well
supported by the Communciator plugin as discussed here :
