Time step duration - time scroll arrows not updated for current time when changing between steps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Workout, Edit Step to end after a certain amount of time, change time to 
00:07:00
2. Add a new step, Edit Step to end after a certain amount of time, click up 
scroll arrow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected 00:06:00, Actual 00:08:00.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.457 on Windows XP, SP3.

What Garmin unit are you using?
Forerunner 405

If the problem is with import/export to device, please specify the Garmin
Communicator Plugin version you are using.
