accents not handled properly #467

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create an gdoc object with accent
2.run any commands eg gls.py

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"greeked characters in filenames

What version of the product are you using?
gdatacopier 2.1.2 / 2.0.12 (both codes are used in the zip tree.

Please provide any additional information below.
python 2.6.5 on w7
