Patch for /tests/run_data_tests.py

remove gdata_tests.base_test
so this test won't break.

Thanks for the patch, there were a few other odds and ends needed removing, but 
it is applied. Unfortunately a number of the core service tests depends on 
Google Base, which is now turned off.
