 This patch provides access to geshi code highlighting (geshi class not included). Unfortunately, 
in order to achieve this I have had to remove the strip_tags from 
admin/index.php. I am unsure 
of the security implications involved with this change however.

A second patch that takes into account the basis that geshi might not be 
installed.
Still passes code with standard <code> tags.

Same security warning as listed in original submission.
