Installation issues

When I tried installing the app, first I was asked to fill the
database-related data into the config.php (I did it). Then again, on the
installation screen, I had to insert that same data again. This could be
removed, since it is useless to enter the same data twice.

Also, during the install, I was offered to choose the language, time offset
and theme. Language list had only one item (in control panel, there are
more), and time offset wasn't saved, so I had to do additional setting up
later.

The rest of the setup went well.

for each fail in order to keep better tracking :)
