Bearing using only GPS #102

Be able to determine bearing based on GPS samples in the absence of a
magnetic field to determine north and south. Bearing was not working in
GPStat or Geobeagle on the Neo Freerunner.

Duplicate. I would like to have this but I'm not sure how do incorporate it 
into the 
gui.
