Store locally (offline) which caches have been found by the user and which
were "did not find".
Adjust the icon graphics to reflect the state.
Allow filtering on state to show for example only the caches that are found
or DNF.
The state should be read from GPX logs on import and from the GPX
containing only those found by the user. This requires the geocaching.com
user name to be stored with GeoBeagle.

This issue is carried over from bug #63 which addressed storing the log
message offline.

The database requirement is almost implemented.
Setting the state and displaying it in the GUI remains to be done.

The "found" state is now imported from GPX files. This is for the upcoming 1.5 
version.
It remains to update the status when the user logs a field note.
