From Sir Zman:
I have a Motorola Droid, I installed both GeoBeagle and GCDroid on my
phone. When I open GeoBeagle, I get a screen asking me to go to
gc.com to find a cache, when I choose a cache the window comes up
asking me what I want to do with the link, open in GCDroid or the
Browser. GeoBeagle isn't an option.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling GeoBeagle, but it hasn't
helped. Any suggestions?

I thought I saw it show me this option once but it never has again. Isn't
there some way we can sync an
individual file direct from geocaching.com??

You can sync one, or even hundreds of caches if you download gpx files to your
phone. See the tutorial at
http://www.cacheopedia.com/wiki/GeoBeagle.

Got that to work...awesome. But is there a way to sync one over the phone
when I don't have my pc around?

You can email it to yourself and open it in gmail for the web.

i'm really frustrated. same problem GeoBeagle HAS worked perfectly on my phone,
now
it doesn't. how do i add the file association in my browser to offer the
"complete
action using" > GeoBeagle ???
these work-arounds seem O.K. but how do we actually fix the problem?

Mr.Gratix: are you also using a Motorola Droid?
I have to admit I am a bit stumped; the association is built into GeoBeagle and
should just work...is there
anything different between when it used to work and now?

Are you able to read the file/directory using another program, such as Astro
file manager?
We've also had reports of problems with the Dolphin Browser....

I was able to get the option of opening the map with geobeagle by doing the
following:
Open Geobeagle
Connect to geacaching.com
Choose Cache
Under "For online maps" instead of clicking on Geocaching.com Google Map choose
Google Maps link third one down.
This way I was asked how I wanted to open the map, Internet browser of
Geobeagle.

Please re-open if you can provide more information on when/how this happens.
