"Google Maps" button should fail more gracefully #143

By the way, is it "more gracefully" or "more graceful"?

Anyway, I installed an update of Google Maps, and while it was temporarily
uninstalled for that purpose, GeoBeagle crashes when you hit the "Google
Maps" menu button. I would suggest greying the button out if Maps isn't
installed for some reason. 

I'd write it myself, but I couldn't find any information on how to check if
a specific app is installed or not, so the least I can do is write a bug
report.
