'Add my location' crashes when loc. system is not available #27

Process - com.google.code.geobeagle throws exception.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure GPS and BTS systems are switched off
2. Execute Geobeagle
3. Offline list -> Menu -> Add My Location

Suggested solution:
Offer user to enable GPS or BTS or at least write message to user he must
enable BTS or (preferably) GPS.
