waypoint name tag with chars like : " or > #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a gpx file with ",: or > in the name tags.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

These waypoints should be correctly imported.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've installed GeoBeagle a view days ago - so i think it was the current
version. Perhaps you should install a menu, in witch the user can read the
current installed version number.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think, there is a kind of input "search-replace" needed, witch prepareses
the name tags. f.e. a replace from doublepoint (and some outer chars) to _
makes sense.

Looks like I need to encode them. Can you upload a file for me to test against?

I'm working on this now and expect to have a fix for the next release.
