Preference setting for TextMarks #98

I guess TextMarks is great, if you live in the U.S. But since I can't use
it over here in Europe, all the "Log Find :-)" and "Log DNF :-(" buttons do
is take up screen real estate and annoy me from time to time when I
accidentally tap them.

So my request is, that a setting should be introduced in the preference
pane to dis-/enable TextMarks.
