side bar entries dont know there own size and draw over one another #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start with a multi-leveled kml (one with sub folders of folders)
2. set allfoldersopen=true in the options
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the folders contents to be clear and one after the other currently
the contents over-write folders and sidebar elements in a jumble.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
