Installation instructions are missing for Fedora #245

Fedora is another large GNU/Linux distro and it's customary to provide 
instructions for it alongside Debian.

Here's the command that needs to be run in order to grab all dependencies for 
get-flash-videos:

yum install -y perl-libxml-perl perl-WWW-Mechanize perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib 
perl-Crypt-Rijndael

I think only the Data::AMF package has to be downloaded from CPAN.
