Don't hardcode perl location in script #246

Many people don't want to mess up their system perl, so use Macports or fink on 
Mac or perlbrew, etc. to build their own perl. Hardcoding /usr/bin/perl in 
get_flash_videos does not allow these users to use their preferred perl. It 
should instead be invoked by '/usr/bin/env perl'.
