Support for Ustream.tv videos which require username:password #247

Ustream support for videos in general works great but doesn't support videos I 
need to pass my username:password to get such as the channels I pay to 
subscribe to.
E.g. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/13169057 is an example a video of the type 
I refer to. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.24 on Linux.
