CollegeHumor broken #257

With get-flash-videos 1.24, CollegeHumor videos no longer work.  For instance, 
try "get_flash_videos 
http://www.collegehumor.com/video/3505939/font-conference".  Using -d shows 
that it ends up fetching http://www.collegehumor.com/moogaloop/video:3505939 , 
which doesn't exist.

This happens from time to time with websites update their infrastructure.
