Patch to support more ITV videos #267

get-flash-videos expects "Filter=" in the URLs of ITV videos, which covers ITV 
Player videos but not news videos embedded elsewhere on the site.  At least 
some can be downloaded the same way if a video number is extracted from the 
page containing the video.  Example:

get_flash_videos http://www.itv.com/meridian-east/the-ultimate-test25358/

The attached patch makes the above command work.

The Itvplayer site has been changed since this. The patch is out of date. For 
news items vimeo is used. Closing this issue.
