What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. find a fabulous piece of software.
2. try it and find that it's even better than advertised.
3. have a major search-fu failure and post in the issues section.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a questionable quality video. instead, a high-quality output beyond
expectations.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.24-1 on debian squeeze (on my armv6 lgvm670 which has absolutely zero flash
support otherwise)

Please provide any additional information below.
you guys rock! this software is fabulous! I can't believe how well it works.
I'm stunned.
sorry this is in your issues section, you can move/remove it if necessary.
thank you so much for developing this!

I can confirm and reproduce this issue on Arch Linux x86_64: get-flash-videos
consistently exhibits unexpectedly good behavior, even with the latest version.

Although the issue is mostly specific to this code, I believe some of the blame
should also be placed on the mplayer project and rtmpdump.

Sorry for the slow response. Glad you're happy with get_flash_videos. As we
haven't set up a donation system, feel free to donate to VLC, mplayer or ffmpeg.
