i can install it but always prompt a httpd.exe error,then can't open the webpage #106

1. install glossword-wamp-229-5125-530dev.exe
2. create a new db using phpmyadmin
3. follow the installation guide 
4. last setp click given hyperlink

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

prompt An unhandled win32 exception occurred in httpd.exe[4036].

= What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.8.11

= Please provide any additional information below.

my windows copy is windowsXP SP2 [Chinese]
i have installed on diffrent machines but never succeed ,vm included

There are no Just-In-Time debugger in standard Windows XP.
