Hello,

Is there is a software that helps to automate creating XML files? Because
as I see it's not so easy to create in Dreamweaver or notepad.

Which one you can advise?

Regards

Er.. why? You don't need an XML editor. However, if you are really searching
for it,
try a freeware MS XML Notepad 2007 (Google for it).

If you'd like to create a dictionary without using web-interface, check CSV-file
format. The example is attached. You can edit and create such files in MS Excel
or
StarOffice.
