Errors on Contro Panel Page

= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on to http://definemore.com/glossword/gw_login.php
2. administrator login = admin2
3. administrator password = glossword2

= What is the expected output? I expect to see a screen without errors
where I can begin to add words to my dictionary.

What do you see instead? I see the following errors at the top of the
Control Panel page.

Database error
    Invalid SQL: SELECT id, id_user, date_modified, term, term_uri FROM
`gw_x94djqkr` WHERE is_active = "1" AND date_created <= 1219448460 ORDER BY
date_modified DESC LIMIT 0, 5
    (179 characters)

MySQL Error
    1146 (Table 'word_list2.gw_x94djqkr' doesn't exist)

= What version of the product are you using? I am using your latest version. 

On what operating system? I have a unix server

= Please provide any additional information below.

Installation went well and I received no errors during installation.

If I click on any of the nav buttons to the left on this Control Panel page
 I go to the linked page and there is no errors at the top.

Please let me know asap what I need to do to fix these errors.

Dear Anna,

I have received your message before, but I was working on the new version 
1.8.11,
which has been recently released.

I have looked your site, removed Example dictionary and now there is no error.

I've changed the given password.

made 
a comment that you changed it and I cannot access it.  I don't know where to 
see
