Turkish chareacter issue between `iİ and ıI` on search results... #96

hi,
I am use Glossword 1.8.11 on linux server. I receive Turkish character
issue on `Search result` and  on menu. 
The issues are between two turkish letter iİ and ıI. GlossWord makes
capital letter the search results. it makes `i` to `I` but it must be `i`
to `İ`. Because they are different letters.  also there is the issue on menu.

Set Custom alphabetic order as Turkish in dictionary settings.
