Logging - improve code #501

Suggestions:
- remove dependency in lo4gnet -> maybe create a new NuGet package for log4net 
extension?

- create a stacktrace logger (that will inherit from ILogger)

The suggestion is to create StackTrace as part of Google.Apis.Dotnet and the 
log4net version inside Google.Apis.Log4Net
