No Model found. Model must first be trained #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. prediction.trainedmodels.insert
2. prediction.trainedmodels.predict
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the "official result" from the Hello Prediction! documentation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.6, win7

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue happens randomly.  About half the time I get this error even though 
I have used the same parameters every single time.  Please advise.
