Coupon applying Bug #55

The bug is not fixed from 1 year.

I can get a discount which is equal to the purchase price and pay nothing
and place an order. I have checked this bug persists for a lot of websites

Why do you think this is a bug?  I believe it is legal to have a discount equal 
to
the value of the purchases...

If I understand correctly, the bug is that a coupon of value equal value to a 
item allows someone to purchase an 
item without paying anything. If that is the case, I don't think this is a bug 
as it is legal for a coupon to reduce 
the cart price to zero. I am marking this WONTFIX. Please let me know if I am 
misinterpreting the situation.
