XML google base feed missing attribute: condition #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install google checkout 
2. Product XML product feed
3. Upload to google base

Google base now requires a Condition attribute in the XML product feeds, This 
attribute is not generated by 

googlecheckout/library/google_base_feed_builder.php

As a result no products are added to google base, I would love this fixed as it 
produces nice XML feeds instead of Txt ones I was creating with another 
Oscommerce plugin.

using version 1.5rc1 On Fedora 12 

I'm sure all it needs if a for each loop or something..
