Duplicate account when google checkout email is different from account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create and sign into a user account in oscommerce with email ****@verizon.net
2. Complete a purchase using google checkout with email ****@gmail.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If someone is already signed into an exisitng account I would expect the order 
to get added to that account.  Instead if the google account email differs a 
new account is created under that email.  If the customer checks their original 
account they won't see their order!  Paypal Sxpress seems to be able to add the 
order onto the existing account (maybe they do this by bringing you to the 
checkout confirmation page afterwards rather than checkout_success.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using v1.5_rc1

This also seems to result in an email not getting sent to my admin email 
address.  I receive orders emails using all other payment modules
