Customer notification bug #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When posting a state change for a non google order, the system try to
send it to google, and returns an error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing is expected to happen,  but a error is returned

this bug is fixed and uploaded to the SVN
