HTTP Basic Authentication failed.

I have ssl, and Google Checkout is set at the correct https callback but I
keep getting HTTP Basic Authentication failed. in the log.

The problem is that my orders are not showing up in admin. They go to google 
checkout
fine and charge the sandbox account but they dont go back to admin.

I tried loading a test php to query google checkout and got this result...

Witch version of the Module are you using?
Empty result to test.php is expected because authentication fails. have a Look 
to
README troubleshooting.
